The whole city of Bordeaux has been designated as UNESCO world Heritage Site. "Un Hipster à Bordeaux" is a series of illustrations showing the point of view of a young stranger discovering the city while riding a vintage Vespa.
This serie of illustrations were made for the short tale "la Cuca Carei", written by the Catalan historian Joan Rosàs Reverté. In a nutshell, the story tells about a sea turtle used to threathen sailors, and which turns benevolent by hearing a deep, spiritual song.
This visual research has been made after some reading about the relationship between food and culture in Italy. People is portraited while dancing "tarantella", the most widespread italian popular music.
